Project Overview

Ticket Edenred is a global leader in employee benefits, offering innovative solutions like meal vouchers, gift cards, and incentive programs. Our mission is to connect companies with their employees, enhancing satisfaction and engagement through an efficient B2B platform.

Context of the HR Tribe

I am allocated to the B2B Portal - HR Portal, which serves as the interface between Ticket Edenred and its direct clients. My role focuses on developing two critical stages:

  • Acquisition Journey (Non-logged area)
    • Lead Generation: Attracting new clients through effective strategies.
    • Self-Service Benefits Contracting: Facilitating autonomous benefits contracting.
    • Account Creation: Simplifying the account creation process for new users.

  • Activation Journey (Logged area)
    • Access Management: Handling login and accessibility issues.
    • Welcome Page: Developing an informative welcome page for new users.
    • Onboarding: Implementing an intuitive and effective onboarding process.
    • Support: Providing continuous support to ensure a seamless experiences.
